Return Policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of acceptance/delivery of machine and must be in new and working condition. Machines returned must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Foamlinx LLC will not reimburse for shipping to and from the customer. All returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on custom machinery or used machines sold "as is". Customer will be charged for any damage to any of the parts including bent screws, scratched paint. All parts must be shipped back in its original packing.
When returning a product, you must first contact Foamlinx LLC via email: info@foamlinx.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA).
No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returned items should be insured forthe product price.
